• Family Law:

  • Negotiating, mediating and finalising parenting arrangements after separation, including parenting plans, consent orders, advice on child relocation, recovery orders and passport issues.
  • Advising on divorce, spousal maintenance and child support issues.
  • For property matters preparing pre-separation agreements, advising and drafting post-separation financial agreements or consent orders.
  • The preparation of court documents and appearing before the Federal Circuit Court and the Family Court.

• Domestic Violence:

  • Preparation of applications for domestic violence protection orders, negotiation of protection orders between the parties and appearing in court on behalf of both those seeking protection orders and those contesting such applications or responding to charges of breaches.

• Criminal Law and Traffic Offence:

  • Providing advice and court representation in relation to criminal charges for adults and children, traffic offences, drink driving, restricted licence and SHO applications.
  • Negotiating with police and prosecution, and presenting submissions when a client has entered a plea of guilty or is contesting charges.
